hi, a friend of mine wants to buy GA-G41M-Combo but he is not sure whether he confronts a problem about his hd 5770 vga.Is it ok for this motherboard to have hd 5770 vga?

Radeon HD 5770 will work, but the interface    
GA-G41M is PCI Express 1.1 and will not take the maximum bandwidth the graphic card provides (PCI Express 2.0)

Yes his motherboard and card will work fine together. As Dartagnan mentioned it wont support the full bandwidth though. It is doubtful whether he would actually notice a difference though.
