Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
There is no problem with the Gigabyte card any more than other cards in the series. These nVidia cards do seem to be suffereing quite a bit at the moment though with different issues. Even so out of all the cards that are sold I am sure we only hear about the few problematic ones and they seem worse than reality.

ok that is a good news, what about,I heard something about that 560 ti OC models have a problem with the control voltage GPU,is everyhing ok with that,I wouldnt not like to have problem to take the card to pc service, beacause in my country need to wait a long time, only thing what is inportant to me is that this card is stable with some little overclock, hope you understand me?

That is the only issue that some cards have and that is because of the overclock. A few are not stable at the supplied voltage and people have found they needed to increase the voltage to get stability although as with any voltage changes you would need to be careful and know what you are doing. Hope this helps.
