Title: Easy Energy Saver causes stutter

I upgraded my GA-MA770T-UD3P (rev. 1.0) motherboard to BIOS F12 and since then I noticed a stuttering of the PC for all operations. Most noticeable with Videos and music files. The stutter was a fraction of a second long but happened every few seconds. I used ProcessMon to monitor all processes and noticed that this is caused by the Easy Energy Saver (ESSVR.exe) utility's CPU throttling feature. It's the latest version. Has anyone come across this and is there a fix?

 Yes!............ and the fix is to turn off easy energy saver !............... And no I'm not joking ................for once!........ :D
