Title: GA-G31M-ES2L / No display from PCI-E card

I just bought this motherboard, everything works fine apart from video card, is a ati 5850, if card is plugged in there is no display at all, monitor wont boot. If i take the card of and connect monitor to on-board graphic it works fine.
Ati card works on the other system without issues. I tried with DVI and HDMI no luck so far.

Also, computer wont boot with Ati card it get stuck when starts.

 What's the other system ?........I have thought about all you said, if the card works with no issues in the other system, do you have acess to another card you can try........if this fails as well, I'd RMA the new board, could be a fault with the PCI-E slot or bridge controller if all you get is a black screen.
