Title: G1 Guerilla compatible heatsinks?

Hi. My G1 Guerilla just arrived in the mail today and I was all excited ready to rebuild my rig (my ASUS P6T died and I was denied warranty) but a few minutes in, I discover that the power phases have made it impossible to install my Venemous-X heatsink. The same thing applies to my Noctua NH-U12P.

It seems that the all the G1 motherboards have the same power phases near the CPU socket so that would mean any heatsink/cooler that fits any G1 board can fit the G1 Guerilla.


Does anyone know/have a list of compatible heatsink/coolers that are compatible with the G1 motherboards?

LOL so I found my instruction booklet and found out that I was installing both coolers wrong.

They both are compatible and I wont be needing a new heatsink  ;D

I did figure it must be something like that as I know they fit. Anyway the main thing is you got it working.  ;)
