So i download the driver from this website and went to update my new m6900 and it said update failed, now the dpi led lights dont come on and the mouse doesnt respond, the laser light is still on though, how do i fix it :(?
-
If the update failed I take it you did something wrong or the file was corrupt or something like that. Maybe you should try again?
-
I have exact same problem, WTF!!!!
-
How did you run the update and where did you get the file from ?
Where have you plugged in your mouse.
I think you both need to update the firmware on your mice. Try this:
http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList/Driver/peripherals_driver_mouse_m6900.exe

Thats what I have been trying to do... it gets about half way and says failed.
It's connected via back of pc/motherboard
-.-
-
Is it that exact same update that you are trying to run because it normally works ok ?
-
yes, exactly same link i downloaded from too

I expect this won't be of any help but just in case:
First of all, item must be plugged directly to the motherboard without using USB hub. Secondly, download and unzip firmware file from web site then double click [upgrade_M6900] file to proceed updating. During update procedure, do not disconnect mouse. If failed, reconnect mouse and try again.
If you are still having problems I would suggest contacting GGTS next.
Just enter your email address and click on the language of choice.

Please expect several days for a reply.
