Title: h55n usb3 wake from sleep problems

Hi guys, need some help with a new H55N USB3 with a core i5 proc and 4gigs of ram..

with fresh win7 install it suspends but wont wake - i just get a continued powered down monitor and nothing else..

bios is set to S3 suspend - what else can i try/check?

Normally the problem with resuming from sleep is due to the machine not being totally stable.

I would suggest making sure that you are running the latest BIOS version and all your drivers are the newest ones for a start.

yep you were right.. i replaced the RAM and bam.. suspends and resumes like a charm..

G.Skill brands dont sit well with me anymore :)

No, that is normally the problem. Anything that introduces the slightest bit of instability will make it problematic.  I tend to use Corsair most of the time , but also Crucial and Mushkin. I have never had any real letdowns with them.  ;)
