Hey there, I won a H67MA-UD2H Motherboard at a LAN party a few months ago and I wanted to know how I could go about replacing this model for a B3 version. Should I setup a normal RMA or is there something else I should do? Let me know, thanks!

Well the normal procedure would be to return it to the retailer from where it was purchased. Can you find out where that was ?
If that fails then I would suggest trying the RMA path directly to Gigabyte. As long as you have all the documentation I wouldn't think it would be a problem.
