Title: Z68X-UD7-B3 F8 Bios PCI Soundcard problem (Creative X-Fi Elite Pro)

I upgrade Bios on F8. When i start computer and boot windows 7 64bit system loggin but no sound (Driver is not instaled becuse not find my soundcard). I must turnoff computer and turon again and Sound working (Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro) With bios F7 is no problem :-(

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

It sounds like a BIOS issue then for certain. I would suggest that you contact GGTS to make them aware of this problem and the reveret back to the F7 BIOS for now until F8 is revised.

When I returned back to the F7 bios and started to get angry again realtek network card. I think this is a problem with IRQ sharing. I have integrated sound card off.

Yes IRQ  sharing is a distinct possibility as your cause for the problem and for some reason sound cards seem to be more problematic than most others. I can only suggest making sure that you have all the drivers etc up to date.

F7 works better when F8. I dont know what chnages is in PCI chip in bios but not good. And if gigabyte relase new bios, pls write all changes in file thx :-)

You are hoping for a lot! No company gives very much idea of what has been covered in the BIOS updates and Gigabyte is the same. :-\

Yes let's hope so. Have you contacted GGTS to make sure that they are aware of the exact problem and then they are more likely to make some alterations in the next BIOS update ? If you haven't  you can find them here :
