Hello from the United States :)
I assembled a new rig last night with the following specs:
Mobo: Z68XP-UD5
CPU: i7 2600k
Heatsink: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL
Video: eVGA GTX 570
PSU: Antec 750 TruePower New
I have 1 SSD, 2 HDDs and 1 DVD-Writer (SATA 3 for SSD, SATA 2 for everythign else) properly powered and connected also.
If I am at the BIOS screen making adjustments, or anytime before POST, the CPU VTT lights are both on (orange and green). Also, the Phase lights are full load (green / yellow / red on).
After POST they all disappear.
Also, whenever the PC is off the S4_S5_LED stays on at red. However during use (once the PC is turned on), it is green.
Are both of these normal? Please note that I did read this thread:

...but I still want to make sure I'm not setting up my PC and possibly damaging it or overloading it over time ???

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
No there is no need to worry the LEDs are all supposed to illuminate as part of the POST routine. THey should then go out as POST progresses. My UD7 motherboard lights up like a Christmas tree until POST is finished.
The S4/S5 LED is just to show the state of the power saving. They are all for the ACPI. Again this is normal.
