Hi

It will only support that CPU if you are running with F8 BIOS version or later. What version have you got installed ?

Well that rules that out then. I suppose that you are still using the F11  version and it hasn't reverted back to the Backup BIOS version with whatever is on there ?

Have you checked that all the power cables are still attached properly. That is the 24 pin and the 8 pin on the motherboard and the two connectors on the graphics card ?

there is no connector on the grafix cardand only a 4pin plug for the cp,only recognizes 4 gig of memory ,checked the memory out in my other rig and it works fine, showing dual channel in the biosso the memory is fine all seems a bit odd duff motherboard perhaps?

Possibly the motherboard is at fault but equally likely is that the memory isn't compatible with it.
