hi all i'm new here ;] and sorry for my bad english ;{
i got a problem with my motherboard or memory ;[ please help me
AMD Phenom II X2 555BE (HDZ555WFGMBOX) temp cpu 32C / core1 23C / core2 23C - new
GA-970A-UD3 Bios F3 temp 37C - new
SAMSUNG HD103SJ temp 33C - new
PATRIOT DDR3 -1333 MHz 2x2GB ( PGS34G133LLKA) - new
Chieftec GPS-450AA-101A -12 months
Gainward 9600GT Golden Sample 512MB temp gpu 34C -12 months
when i use automatic settings and start memory diagnostic tool in windows 7 x64 home pro i got no errors but when i set timings from my memory and start again diagnostic tool i got errors :{ tested on F1 and F3 bios
tell me what i'm doing wrong or maybe something is broken ?

By default the RAM Voltage will be set at 1.5V whilst your RAM needs to run at 1.7V (if this is the correct RAM: ( http://patriotmemory.com/products/detailp.jsp?prodline=5&catid=34&prodgroupid=200&id=856&type=1 ) so you will need to manually adjust the DRAM Voltage in BIOS under the MIT Section to get things running smoothly.

yeah i know look in CODE on my first post ;/ with such setting got errors { and i don't know what's wrong

I would suggest that the first thing to do is reset the BIOS to optimised defaults, save and reboot.
Go back into BIOS and make the basic changes for the way your system is configured (AHCI or IDE mode for SATA controller) and disable/enable the things that you would normally do.
Leave all of the settings under MIT at their default settings.
Run MemTest on each of your RAM modules running the test with the RAM installed in DDR3_1 and do at least 10 passes for each stick. This is time consuming but essential, as this will show if there are any errors with your RAM. If any errors are shown then your RAM is faulty and you will need to replace the whole kit.

is it normal
when i put eny memory in DDR3_1 or DDR3_3 memtest detect 400 (DDR400) 7-7-7-20 DDR3
when i put eny memory in DDR3_2 or DDR3_4 memtest detect them correct 553 (DDR1066) 7-7-7-20 DDR3
when i look on frequency in cpu-z and aida64 on every slot and memory it shows correct 553 huh ?

well it would seem from your testing that the RAM is OK but there does seem to be a problem with how they are being recognised.
This could be due to faulty slots on the motherboard or the Memory Controller which is actually built into the CPU. The only way of really knowing which part(s) are causing the problem is to do some further testing. How you can do this will depend on what other parts you have available. The easiest would be to try a different CPU in your system, but of course this will depend on if you have another CPU to try ( or if you have a friend with a supported AMD processor who will help out).
The other option is to test your CPU and RAM on a different motherboard, but again, this means that you need another motherboard or one that you can borrow to test with.

just finished testing memory with recommended settings
first memory in any slot on motherboard got errors after few mins / and errors in widows memory diagnotic tool
second memory pass 10 / no errors tested in ddr3_1 and ddr3_2 / no errors in windows diagnostic tool
why there was no errors when i tested modules on auto ?
and why memtest detect my memory as 400 (DDR400) in ddr3_1 and ddr3_3 slots on auto setings 555 (ddr1066) and manual 666 (ddr1333) hmmm memtest fu*&^* up or motherboard :?
oh and before i started test with recommended settings i started my pc and got 10 random bsod errors ;z 2 modules witch auto settings and my brother told me that he got some bsod when he started pc earlier

Hi again,
as I stated before the problem could be the memory controller on the CPU or the motherboard DDR3 sockets especially as the RAM seems to pass MemTest at the default settings.
Try putting the RAM modules into the DDR3_2 & DDR3_4 sockets on the motherboard which will make the RAM run in Single Channel Mode. Do you still get errors or a BSOD?
