Hi,

Hi
Make sure that in Control Panel under Sounds that the default setting is Speakers.
Under Realtek HD Audio Manager in the Speakers tab click on Device Advanced Settings in the top right corner which will open a dialogue box. In the Playback section make sure that your settings are correct.

teknology9 - wow that helped a lot!
well actually it helped in a weird way XD
i tried going to control panel and update the driver from windows, but it said i have the latest version, then i went strait to realtek website and downloaded latest Realtek HD Audio Manager, works likes a charm.

i can tell from your comment that you haven't even read my post, or you didn't see the video , because if you would watch it you would know that i don't have a speakers tab because it wont identify any connection.
next time if you want to help, put an effort in to it.
