I have done update my bios to FHM, but now my PC wont boot at all.
my PC : gigabyte mainboard GA-M57SLI S4 REV 2.0 and AMD Athlon 64 5000
and as i read this because my processor is to old, is there anyway to downgrade bios, because i dont have other processor
Please help.

Hi there,
sadly, without a supported CPU you won't be able to flash back to an earlier BIOS version and, as your motherboard is an older verson with only a single BIOS chip there is no back-up to try and kick in.
The only practical suggestions are either to contact a local PC company in your area and see if they can do the BIOS flash for you, try and find a friend or neighbour who has a supported CPU and is prepared to let you borrow it so that you can reflash the BIOS or try contacting Gigabyte Tech Support via this link: http://ggts.gigabyte.com/tech.asp?ClassID=2&Country=Indonesia&SourceWeb=B2C and see if there is something that they can do to help.
