Title: sent in motherboard few weeks ago but no response since.
Post by: swrmxs on October 10, 2011, 11:59:36 am
I was given advice via gigabyte support for my system that i tried but it hadn't worked so was then advised to contact returns which i did and i got an RMA accepted on the 20th of last month.

I sent in my motherboard a day or so later via recorded delivery but as of yet i haven't heard anything back not even a quick email letting me know they have the board and are going get it tested...etc

How long should it take to get a response about the state of my RMA?? i am not interested in how long it takes to test my product and how long i have to wait to get it back but do want to at least know what's happening

Hi

If you sent it by Recorded Delivery then you should be able to check that it arrived alright anyway. I am surprised that you haven't heard anything since though. I guess they must be busy at the moment. Have you tried emailing the returns department to see what they say?

Hello

Please kindly contact with our RMA dept. under the same email which you used when your claimed direct RMA to GIGABYTE UK.
If still problems them please let me know by PM.
