Hi
Never use @BIOS!!! I don't know how many times a day we say this. ::)
It is much safer, as you have found out to your cost, to use QFlash or FLASHSPI instead. Anyway it is too late now. If you would like to post some more details like your motherboard revision number and the proper model number I will try and help you out.

Which BIOS version did you update to ?
There are several fairly new versions, there is F13 which is the last full update and there are F14K and F14P which are both Beta versions. Usually by the time they get released onto our UK Gigabyte website even the Beta versions are stable and almost to the full certification so they can be run without too much worry. The affore mentioned are all available here for download. They come as self extracting zip files. I would suggest flashing the BIOS again but this time with the QFlash Utility and use one of the latest files.
If you still can't start your computer enough to run the update then you are going to have to try and copy the Backup BIOS files across to the Main BIOS and then boot from it. Follow these instructions:
You can kick in the backup BIOS by shutting down the PSU from the wall, then hold down your case power button in and then turn on the power supply button, a few seconds later the board will start, shut off the power supply then. Then you can turn on the power supply again and power up the board normally and DualBIOS will kick in.
This may take a few tries to get to work but it does work!
After doing this follow the top instructions about running the update of the BIOS.

You should also have done the update in a couple of steps rather than one big jump.
If you can't start you computer follow my advice that I posted in my last post. It tells you how to revive your system.

I did all you said, and now its takes a bit longer to do the "rings", is there any option to send my mobo to RMA? here in spain we dont have any warranty service.
Thank you again.

If you did this properly it should work.
Even if the Main BIOS is crap once the Backup BIOS kicks in it should be fine then you can reflash the Main BIOS with QFlash to the latest version.
You asked about RMA, well that is down to your Spanish office. You can contact GGTS here:
