Title: Low write speed on Kingston hyperx SSD
Post by: IUnknownI on November 09, 2011, 08:20:53 pm
Hi, my Kingston Hyperx SSD wont write with 500mb/s approx.

My setup is gigabyte z68-ud7-b3 motherboard
i7-2600k
16gb Kingston hyperx 1600mhz
240 gb kingston SSD sata3
2tb seagate sata3
gtx580
Seasonic x-850w

I have updated bios to f9
updated firmware on the SSD
set Sata to AHCI in bios
SSD is in the z68 chipset sata3 port and not the marvel chipset port, in that port i have the 2tb seagate HDD :)
But nothing works, benchmark still says 300mb/s approx.
Copying file internal on SSD drive is stable at approx 150mb/s

How to fix that ? :(
Plz help!
Thx, Martin. :)

Try setting C3/C6 State Support to Disabled and check it again, maybe the same issue as quite a few others are having
