I own the H55M-USB3 rev1.0 board with the i5 760.
Turbo boost only increases to 2.93 Ghz instead of the 3.3Ghz as advertised.
I have updated to the F11 bios version.
The bios is set to defaults but I have played around with many of the settings.
When I enter the CPU MIT page in the bios it says that the "Turbo Boost speed is 2.93Ghz with a 22x multiplier".
CPUz supports this figure when I run prime95 on a single core.
Does anyone know how to tweak the board/cpu so that Turbo Boost can take me to 3.3Ghz?
Any help appreciated
Best Regards
Benedict
