Title: question about a overclock with the gigabyte z68-ud7 board

hi all im not up on overclocking i will give you the specs of my system now

Gigabyte Z68X-UD7 Intel Z68
Corsair Professional Series AX1200
Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40GHz (Sandybridge)
Corsair Obsidian 800D
8gb of mushkin Redline 1600Mhz 7-8-7-24
Corsair CWCH100 Hydro Series H100 Extreme Performance CPU Cooler

as far as knowing how to do it via the bios im not sure how to do it so would you be so kind to show me a step by step how to do it and how to set the cpu to 4.60 ghz cus i was told thats all i can do it to without burning the cpu out thanks in advanced to any replys you give me pease out

na i havent read it but i just read it so in other words dont overclock ? i dont understand im sorry btw im x1_Dark_Vampire_1x just tho i would change my screen name not really likeing it :)

so there is no way of you guys giveing me the bios entrys to try and overclock ? i really wish i new how to overclock
