After reading around I found that it was advised to flash my cards bios to solve bf3 crash issues.
GV-N560OC-1GI is my card but when i try to run the bios auto flash i get the following error

followed by the following error
Flash BIOS failed! Error Code=0x00000002

Try flashing with the "-4 -5 -6" options like this:
nvflash -4 -5 -6 myfile.rom
That's what I was told to always use to fix the exact error you were getting :)

sorry what do you mean... I'm just running the Bios Auto Flash application from the extracted files. There doesn't seem to be any options.
Is there a different way to flash?

I would suggest that you make sure that you are trying to use the correct firmware update file for the card. Also if you have more than one card in your system disable the SLI setup first and run the update on them singly.
