Title: Ram upgrade / maybe?
Post by: P . P . L . on December 12, 2011, 04:08:49 am
Hi all.

My first question here people, so would these sticks be worth it or not over what i have now & would the speed differance be noticed.

G.Skill F3-10666CL7D-8GBXH 8GB (2x4GB) PC3-10666 (1333MHz) DDR3 Dual Channel RAM, 7-7-7-21, 1.5v / $55 + p&h.

See what i have below.

thanks.

Hi

To be honest you woiuld never notice the difference in normal use eeven if they did prove to be faster which I am not 100% sure about. Apart from on a benchtesting program you can't notice little differences  with memory speeds. It would just take a little pressure off your memory controller as it would only be two rather than four sticks.

Yes, I am sure that you can find something better to spend the dollars on especially at this time of year. ;)
