Make sure you're running the latest BIOS and the latest version of the Renesas USB 3.0 drivers. Prior to upgrading my drivers, I had the same problem you described. Completely removing the old drivers and replacing them with the latest version resolved the problem.

We do have a FAQ on the forum regarding this procedure but I can understand your reticence if you are not that familiar with the computer's hardware. It is probably just as well to take it to a local shop and get them to do it for you. If you would like to read the FAQ anyway, you can find it here:

If You could slow down a little and try and write in English I will see what I can do to help. I need to know exactly what drives you have got they are not mentioned in your sig. and exactly what the state of play is on your system now.  ;)

OK. Did you use QFlash to update the BIOS ?

Have you loaded Optimised BIOS Defaults after updating the BIOS before saving and exiting ?

Have you made sure that the drives are still on the same ports as before ?

Have you selected RAID as the mode for the SATA Control in the BIOS?

Go into the BIOS and find the page labelled Integrated Peripherals, look down the list and you will see PCH SATA Control Mode or something similar. Select that and one of the options is RAID so select that and then save and exit (F10).

Now when you press Control I to enter the RAID page it should be there.  ;)
