Hi,

does anyone know the difference between GA-970A-UD3 rev. 1.0 and 1.1?

Hi there,

sorry I don't know the difference between the two revisions of this motherboard and usually it is very difficult to get a proper answer to this type of question. Usually when there is only one version shown on the download page with the suffix 1.x it is due to very minor hardware changes to the motherboard to improve functionality or such like.

You can ask Tech Support via this link: http://ggts.gigabyte.com/tech.asp?ClassID=2&Country=Slovenia&SourceWeb=B2C but it could take several days before you get a reply, especially as it is so near to Christmas and the Holiday season.

Actually I would doubt that an answer will be forthcoming until well into the New Year now.  Never mind just have to sit back and enjoy the relaxing break.  ;)
