Title: GA-P67A-UD3-B3: Problem with the BIOS

Hi guys
I finally built my new PC, everything goes well but i got a problem. When i try to enter the BIOS, the system reboots  ???
Also, if i don't try to enter the BIOS, the system loads Windows and there isn't any problem :/
Any idea?

Have you ever been able to enter the bios since building the machine?
Are you using a PS/2 keyboard? Are you definitely using the correct key press, i.e DEL?
How long has the pc been built for? Have you had this issue from day one?
Have you removed the battery and left it for a period of time?

Hi Miick
Yes, before i installed windows i entered the bios without any problem, to check the memory, voltages and stuff.
I'm using a USB keyboard, and yes i press DEL to enter.
I built mi pc just today, and like i said the problem started after i installed windows, but i don't know if that is the reason.
I haven't removed my battery.

Try using an old keyboard (PS/2) and pressing DEL.
It's strange not letting you in now after you've installed windows.
Try clearing the cmos, remove the battery overnight and replace in the morning and try again.
Try disconnecting the HDD and see if you can get into the bios without it rebooting.
I think maybe you've changed something in the bios or it's got an error or something, i'd remove the battery for atleast 12 hours, gigabyte boards hold power for a while so best to totally clear it and try again, might get an error on the first cold boot but should fix it.
Check event viewer once your booted into win7 and check if there's any errors appearing there.

Hi

After following MiiCK's advice regarding clearing the CMOS make sure that you go into the BIOS and load Optimised BIOS Defaults before making any other changes like to boot priority etc and then saving (F10).
