Hi and welcome but as MiiCK said we need more accurate part numbers to be of any use at all. Are you saying that this is all brand new gear ? I find that hard to believe as it is very outdated specs. Please post more accurate make and model numbers and the exact fault as you see it.
The PSU is really to small even if it is a quality one which I seriously doubt looking at the rest of the build. If it is a cheap no namer then it probably isn't even kicking out 425w more likely 300w.

Hi GBABY, ;)
Install Aida64
http://www.aida64.com/downloads
What is your OS System? Like a Windows 64bits x64
Make a resume of hardware With AIDA64.
Save a report...
check in this folder:
C:\'\Documents\AIDA64 Reports
Give a name for report... Like Reports-Aida-MyHardware.txt
and give us like as an attachment.
I add a picture...

Hi GBABY, ;)
Did you check the battery on the motherboard is powerful enough?
Perhaps it is better to replace it with a new one.
How many stick of Ram you have? Try with only one. Change this only one in other Slot (Bank of ram) if you have a problem... like not normal boot...
