Title: H55n-USB3 v1.0 USB3 ports not working

I'm having two issues:

1. The USB3 ports are not recognizing any USB devices. If I plug thee same devices into the USB 2 ports, they work perfectly.
 
2. Left unattended without any human interaction, the computer will shutdown randomly. It may happen after 12 hours or 6 days. Random...

Config:
Fresh, clean install of Windows Server 2008 R2

Well well -- got it working. Had to download and reinstall the USB3 drivers (listed under Win7) after installing the SATA/ACHI drivers (listed under Win2k3 x64) on the website.
