Title: ga 870a-ud3 can't update chipset drivers

Hi
I try to instal latest display driver for ATI HD card asked for game BF3 but allways finde fail in log and card using defolt drivers from manfacturer. Than I find that chipset drivers for north bridge is not update so I find at Gigabyte site driver and same thing in log fail. I try everything but allways same afther reboot old drivers are on.So is it problem with Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit or problem with motherboard becose North bridge control even grafic card at pci.

If you can give a few more details of your hardware especially the motherboard revision etc. we will see if we can help you. ;)

CPU Phenom II x2 555 BE
MB Gygabyte GA 870A-UD3
4GB skill DDR3 1333
XFX HD 6870 1gb ddr5
HDD 500 GB caviar black
PSU Schyte 600W

Allso to say that it was unablle to unlock another cores what I allredy done to my son allso at Gigabyte MB

Thanks, that makes things more straightforward.

THe latest drivers available for your motherboard are here:

The graphics card you can use either the drivers available from the XFX website or download the Radeon Catalyst driver package from AMD's site here:

Sorry but we have missunderstandings.
I downloaded all of this drivers but afther instaling massage in log was ''fail'' to instal both drivers  (MB and Display drivers)
Afther instaling drivers are defolt from windows 7

How did you try to install them ? They normally come in self extracting files.

I am really sorry if I am looking stupid for you but I think that my English is good enough so everybody can understand that I install drivers as normal but log file shows that drivers fail to install.If you can help me OK if not thank you for your time.

I am sorry if you felt that I wasn't taking you seriously but I assure you that was not the case. I was just trying to find out exactly what you meant.
