Title: GA-Z68XP-UD3P - Not booting Window dise

Hey guys

I just Putting together my part together today then turn it on all fine, after installed xpress 2 then load into bios configure date and time and set boot drive and load fail-safe and Optimized default .

Then save exit and reboot the system and i put the window dvd dise into the optical drive and it will just stay at the screen which say Loading Operating System -From Cd/Dvd Drive but it will just stuck there forever?

Did anyone encounter any of this problem and possibly to provide some solution please?

Motherboard type: GA-Z68XP-UD3P
RAM 8G Dual Channel
Processor : Intel i5 2500k Sandybridge
GTX 560 Ti Direct

Do you have the HDD that your trying to load windows onto in sata_0 on the mobo? Also don't load 'Failsafe default' all you need to do is set to Load 'Optimised Default' then reboot.

Hi

What do you have your loading sequence set to ?

What do you have the Boot Priority set to ?

The best thing is to have the boot hard drive listed as the Primary Boot Device and also the First HDD. Then just use F12 to select the optical drive when you want to instal Windows etc.

OK i will double check my sata port and load optimus  only .
