Hi there!
I have a gigabyte motherboard ga ep31 ds3l and gigabyte ati radeon hd 4670 graphic card.My RAM is 2gb and my cpu is intel quad 2 q8200.I have overclocked it from 2.33ghz to 2.72 ghz.I am concerned about my PSU.It reads on the label amd k7 and AC~230V.Is this a good PSU?Can this PSU support my computer with all specifications above?Please help me!!!

Not very useful information, what is the model exactly? What matters most is the total watts (I would guess 400Watt would be plenty, might even get away with lower!) and Amps on the 12V rail for the graphics card. Make sure it has at least the required amount from the gpu and you should be fine then.
