Title: P67-UD4 B3 gaming question
Post by: slick888 on January 13, 2012, 03:25:59 pm
Is there a setting in the bios that  would cause a slight stutter while playing BF3??

  Not likely!

It has more to do with the online version of BF3 and is very well documented , even on this forum ..... or the res is too high for your machines spec.

Try dropping the screen res and see if it has a positive effect

If you really want to try and have a fiddle ..... updating your graphic drivers will have by far the greatest chance of a fix IF it's not BF3

you could also try turning off Hyper-Threading which should allocate more resources the the Application running and/or going into the graphics control centre and knock down a few other settings that rip into the performance for the sake of eye-candy

If none of these tweaks have any effect ....... it's BF3 .........Probably!  :D

Try lowering ingame video settings and try V-Sync on or off whatever looks better. CRT is much faster than any LCD, so that won't be the issue. Also server lag could be a problem. How does it play in single player?
