System Spec:
GA-H61M-USB3-B3
Intel i5-2320
2 x 2GB RAM
500GB SATA
nVidia FX Quadro 1800 (PCIe x 16)
650W PSU
Windows 7 32-bit Pro
Hi there,
We have two PCs built with above specifications. After Windows 7 installation, system is not stable
and crashes after few minutes. I have already tried latest BIOS 10.a (from Gigabyte USA) as
version FE1 BIOS from EU website didn't work.
Also tried AHCI & Legacy IDE setup, Windows 7 64-bit, Windows XP SP3 32-bit. Nothing seems to
work.
Any suggestions?

need specifics.
Crashes how? BSOD? What's the error?
Have you run memtest86+ overnight?

After few minutes in Windows activity, it just hangs. Display locks and then keyboard/mouse.
I have to hard reboot/shutdown after that.
Ran memtest which passes 38 times.
I have two same PCs and this is a problem in both. So dont think that there is a hardware
fault in one of them.

Do not try BIOS FE1 (rev.2.0),as you have revision 1.0 or 1.1.
Try this latest beta F10b (http://www.mediafire.com/?ysf50nc1owp05ph).
Are you running "Optimized defaults" and installed latest driver for your FX Quadro 1800?

What make/model PSU? Power is my #1 suspect at this point. Do you have a different make/model PSU to test?
Does it work fine without the Quadro? Do you have a different nVidia card--or any card--to test?

Thanks to ex58 & Rolo42.
I am going to try F10b BIOS now.
I dont have different graphics card. I do have different power supply, which I will try if
new BIOS doesn't work. System works fine without nVidia graphics card & passed
24-hours Burn test.

Make sure that you use QFlash to run the BIOS update not @BIOS and when on the start page clear the box that says Keep DMI Data so that it is disabled.
