Is the F_Audio really necessary if my case have that cable?

Hi

It is not 100% clear but I guess that you are asking if the front audio has to be connected up just because it is there. If so the answer is no.

So it is okey to remove that Front Panel Audio header? What is that for? My case have an cable (AC97 and HD Audio) and the manual says you can connect that there.

Normally it will allow connection of a microphone and headset. It is purely extra to the audio that is catered for on the rear panel.
