I am considering building a new PC around the GA-Z68XP-UD3 & Win 7 64bit.
I'd like to use an SSD for boot/apps and pair of large drives in RAID 1 for data.
Has any one done this? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

My wife and I have UD4s...same thing.
We have 128GB Crucial m4 SSDs with 64GB for Intel SRT caching and the rest for Windows + a few apps.
I install most programs to the HDD (mine is 2TB, hers is 2x1.5TB RAID1) and moved \Users to it as well (used Audit mode during install).
Its fantastic; I wouldn't go any other way (until SSDs get larger and price/GB gets smaller anyway).

RAID and single drives is fine and Rolo42 mentioned! I do it as well, or often use a single drive in RAID mode, any non raid drive will be ran using AHCI commands and be a Non-Member in the RAID table listings.
