Hi all!
Ok, I have a storage HDD that is getting some hours on it. I would like to clone all my data, including my Itunes, WMP, etc. files to a new drive and then remove the old drive. After doing this operation, I would like my computer to read from the new drive exactly as if it was the old drive.
I have read Clonezilla's instructions, but not sure if I am to clone boot loader to target disk. Boot loader sounds like something the drive with the OS has on it...and the disc I would like to clone is not the OS disc, but a disc with my music files on it.
Can someone help me please? So far, I have read these instructions found here:
http://clonezilla.org/show-live-doc-content.php?topic=clonezilla-live/doc/03_Disk_to_disk_clone
Am I missing something?
Thank you,
Soar

I tried Chrome, and I liked it because once in a while my Firefox would slow down like a Volkswagen and made the Chrome look like a Porsche.
Vroooom, Vrooooom! ..... Soar!
I did a fair bit of searching 2 years ago for the holly grail of Grail's re Clone, Backup moving to other platforms and keeping functionality ...
The only one that can do it all Is "Acronis 2011/12 with the add on pack" I can even boot the monster machine off a docking station with a 2.5" Drive out of my laptop if need be ..... "Godzilla" ..... sorry ...I didn't go into it further then finding out it cannot change platforms

AA,
Thanks for the info. Ok, I have several unused copies of Acronis True Image Home PC Back Up & Recovery. Can you give me some tips on how to use it?
