How bad are they?

Bending metal weakens its molecular structure.

Magnifying glass, steady hand, zero static, good lighting.

Probably better to get a new one, or have it RMA'd.

Ben.

PS. Plus as Rolo say's you can weaken the pins by bending (re- straightening) them if they are pretty badly bent.

Hi

A lot depends on how badly bent they are and how many are damaged. Often just a gentle brush over with something soft will coax them back into place otherwise a little more firm action will be required. If they are really bad then there is no other action than to replace the socket.

Ask a good watchmaker jeweler if repair is possible

Hi Pierre, nice to see you back on the forum again. Of course F5BJR's idea is a very sensible one especially if you are not very dextrous and don't feel happy about attempting it yourself. 8)
