Hey guys!
As I understand, there have been some problems playing games when using FX processors that has been addressed with a BIOS update. The 990 board has received this update and apparently this has solved the problems for users of that board, so I was wondering if a similar update for the M68MT-S2 is in the works.
If this isn't the right place to ask this question, please direct me to the correct one.
Thanks!

Hi and welcome.
Have you actually got problems with this motherboard and CPU ? It's just from your question it sounds more like you are just enquiring. If you have a problem perhaps you could explain more clearly what the symptoms are please also what hardware you have.

Hello, and thanks for your reply.
Yes, I have been encountering this problem (http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/STEAMGamesonAMDFXplatforms.aspx), specifically with Shogun 2: Total War. A BIOS update has resolved the issue for people with the 990 motherboard, but no such update has been made available for the M68MT-S2.
It's not a problem with the motherboard itself but with the AMD FX processor, but unfortunately it seems the only way to fix it is with a BIOS update.
