Title: Gigabyte Global Technical Support gone t*tsup?
Post by: Citizen Crazed on February 20, 2012, 11:47:32 pm
So, as some may have seen from the Intel boards thread, have a problem with a GA-H61N-USB3 and an ongoing GGTS support ticket. All the way through the weekend, to now, I've been unable to log into the support portal to check the status of the ticket. Clicking the login button gets me the attached failure report.

Anyone know what's going on, or getting the same error? The slow pace of support is frustrating enough without wondering whether it still even exists.

Hi

I think it is a local problem to your computer and so I would suggest clearing your browser history and cookies and see if that cures it.

It wasn't a local problem tied to a single PC DM, I was getting the same error on three different devices, both at the office and at home. Seems fairly certain the issue was at the server end, though luckily as of just now I'm able to log back in again.

I'm getting this too - can't check the status of my ticket as the website crashes out - tried it on different browsers and different machines.  It was doing this a couple of weeks ago as well.

Hi

I will ask the relevant person to look into this and see what the problem is. If it is  a server problem at Gigabyte's end I am sure they will fix it quickly as possible.
