Title: Can't Boot my EP43-DS3

I've recently bought this motherboard and ever since ive had problems booting it, this is what it does...

http://www.sendspace.com/file/4x9au0 (keeps turning its self on and off)  sometimes when i leave it for awhile, it'll eventually boot, but for the past 2 days i can't even get it on. I've tried changing to different ram, tried disconnecting all fans HDD's and optical drive etc. with no luck...

Could this be a faulty board? or are there any known bugs or compatibility issues with this board, these are my system specs..

Q6600
Hitachi 500GB, WD 250GB & 250GB Maxter HDD's
Audiophile 2496
4GB 800Mhz RAM
XFX HD 4890 1GB
Corsair - TX650

See if your motherboard will boot with anther PSU - seems to be the only component you have not swapped out yet.
