Title: Which social media do you prefer and why?

Due to this news (http://www.tweaktown.com/news/22828/people_spend_136x_more_time_on_facebook_than_google_in_january/index.html) I wonder which social media is your choice and why?
Multiple answers are possible.

Or maybe you still prefer the forums? If so then why?

I tend to use Facebook, but more to see what family are doing, than for any other reason.

Personally I prefer to use Forums as they do not tend to be filled with adverts, pointless games or gossip that I have no interest in.

Forums definitely, Facebook mainly to see what family & friends are doing.

I do not use a social netware or other social platform...

Because I want keep my private infos... just for me... he he  :P
And +, I do not have a obligation to update a Blog or a social website...  ;)

But I am ok for share a infos in this forum, with my friends.

Yes I would agree with the general sentiment Gloup_Gloup and have seen far more trouble than good come out of these social networking sites. Things are easy to put on there for the world to see but not so easy to get rid of especially if done in the heat of the moment. Many companies now run a "Facebook" or other site search when checking out prospective employees and if some stupid antics have been placed on your site at some time previously it could ruin your chances for the job. There are many people who search these sites nowadays for various reasons and sometimes thing best left hidden are unearthed. My opinion is that it is better to not get involved in the first place.
