Hello there, I have my OS installed on it's on HDD, and I have my multimedia stuff installed on my 2TB RAID1
My question is I plan to reinstall windows 7 on a new SSD replacing my HDD, but when I do this will the data on the RAID1 be left untouched when I reinstall? or will I need to back up everything from the RAID before I reinstall Windows?

What do you mean multimedia stuff installed on the 2TB raid? If you have programs installed on your current C drive, that point to that 2TB RAID, then yes a new install of windows will break those linked connections, but the data will still be there.
If you just mean this 2TB is storage for your media, then no worries, remove the HDD and connect the SDD and install windows

I only have my PC Games, Music, Videos, Photos and Documents on my RAID, The OS and my Programs are installed on my HDD.

Ahh, so storage basically right? If so, then you are fine, go ahead and install windows on your new SSD and you'll be all set!
