Can OCZ DDR2 PC8800 Ram work on the G31M-ES2L ?
Won't post with pc8800 ram inside but works with my pc6400 ram.

Do you mean pc8500. The board can support pc8500 (1066mhz) with overclock

This is what's written on the little sticker:
PC2 8800 1GB Dual CH Gold XTC Edition 5-6-6-15

Yeah it is 1100Mhz ram that OCZ brought out.
You will need to set your ram voltage to 2.1volts in the bios to get these sticks to work mate. Your 6400 sticks of ram use 1.65 the default setting for that bios if I recall. So pop one stick of your old ram in, change the voltages in your bios. Save and exit. Replace with the new sticks and you are good to go.
