Title: Gigabyte Mouse M6900

Hi,

please i need your help.

Yesterday, i bought your mouse -Gigabyte mouse M6900 but when

i connected USB to notebook, it dont run. I have a problem with that. Mouse is unknown. I try

it on Windows Vista & Windows 7 but nothing. I tried to download drivers but dont run..  :-[

Please can me someone help?

Hi and welcome.

I would suggest trying it in another port first and if that still doesn't recognise it then try it in a different computer. If you still have a problem take it back to the retailer and have it replaced.

I tried it at another computer and another windows...but dont run :(

In that case I would get it replaced then as it seems to be faulty. Return it to the original supplier for a replacement.
