Title: E350N-USB3 PROBLEM WITH PCI-Ex4 TV TUNER CARD

Hi, I bought a motherboard E350N-USB3 and when I put a TV tuner PCI-Ex4 Compro VideoMate model E500f the home screen is frozen, it has the BIOS update (version F2).
Any suggestions? Some GA engineer can give me a response? How can you sell a motherboard with PCI-E and this does not work? I'm disappointed with GA ...

Another thing to consider is the E350N-USB3 has a AMD E-350 APU (1.6GHz, Dual-Core) . This does not meet or exceed the minimum hardware requirements to watch tv with the tuner card.

Monimum is 1.7 GHz CPU
Recommended is at least 2.4 GHz CPU
