Title: GTX 570 SOC liquid cooling block

Hi everybody, im very new with liquid cooling is it posible to get a waterblock for the GTX 570 SOC. And if its not a full cover block how do you get cooling on the ram?

Thanks in advance hope someone can elaborate this a bit more for me.

Hi

You can get full cover water cooling blocks for most graphics cards now but you would have to check with individual suppliers as to what is available. Do bare in mind that it will void your warranty though.

If you use just a GPU block and then still need to cool your graphics memory and other chips you can get free standing air cooled blocks that just stick on to the chips. See below:

Hi again, ive been told that there is no fullcover waterblocks for this card, now im wondering if theres any idea in liquid cooling this card if i have to use passive ram cooling. im unsure about how good it is, and if i'll get overheating problems. does anyone have experience with cooling like this?

If that is the case then I guess that this card isn't a reference design now. This is something we always have trouble with when going for full cover blocks. Most manufacturers of the cooling blocks seem to stop aftewr making a reference design one. The only other way is as you have pictured. It normally works very well to be honest and has the added bewnefit of being able to be moved from one card to the next as you upgrade which is a big downside for the full cover cards! Don't dismiss it out of hand, it works well.
