I want change proccessor to Phenom II 960T (from Athlon x4 620) and i want unlock other two cores (to x6, I found trustworthy CPU-tested).I need flash BIOS from ver F3 to F8.I downl program ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3154&dl=1#utility , named @BIOS ) to do it from windows (7 x86).Before I do this (if I good remeber) and everything was ok. I downl BIOS image ( from: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3154&dl=1#bios ) and in pack is file 785GTUD3.F8 (size 1M).Other files are for update from USB stick? ( autoexec.bat, FLASHSPI.EXE ).In this prog ( http://www.programs.pl/images/download/24654_b.png ) i select BIOS file 785GTUD3.F8 and vuola ??Ro better do this from USB stick?

Firstly I don't believe that you are from Antarctica! ;D
I would advise you to not use the @BIOS program as it can brick your motherboard. It is far safer to use the QFlash utility that is not running on top of the OS. It is available from the BIOS itself. You just need your downloaded file on a USB stick.
