Title: GA-P35-DQ6 - HD 1To does not recognize the other SATA drives.
Post by: Gloup_Gloup on April 21, 2012, 01:02:21 am
Hi friends,  ;)

It's my turn to have a problem.

With this configuration: 2 SATA drives and a SATA Velociraptor. All is well.

My SATA drives are 300 GB (1 main partition) and 500GB (5 single partition volume).

With this configuration: the same two SATA and one another SATA drive, 1 TB but all goes wrong.

The 1 TB SATA disk is divided into three parts: 60 GB, 120 GB and 780 GB partition.

After remove  SATA Velociraptor and change to for other Sata 1TB, In the Windows session, I see only that the 1TB drive and three partitions.

Do I have to reset the Bios?

Is there an incompatibility with the P35 chipset?

Hi

I am a little lost on what is what there but I would suggest that your problem most likely stems from not having the drives set up properly. Make sure that the correct drive/partition is active and that they are all formatted correctly. Have a look in Computer Management/Storage/Disk Management and make sure that everything is looking right.
