First my english is too bad. I recently bought a motherboard Ga a75m D2H, and AMD 3850th When I tested the temperature, the temperature of the chipset I was 80-95 degrees I think it is too high, while the processor is only 15 degrees. The motherboard is a new 5 days old. I read on the internet and found that there are more cases of this problem, which have the same motherboard. I am interested in whether this problem is who and when has solved that. Is it broken or motherboard? Thank you in advance everyone!
He Have same problem http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte/46776-ga-a75m-ud2h-high-motherboard-temp-85c-idle.html

How come you are so sure it s the chipset temp shown there ?!
Often the readings of those sensors don t tell you exactly what is happening.
Having in mind the reading it could be the VRM temperature ,but it can also be some bogus info. 85 Celsius would be normal for that area.
Looking at the prints you ve posted i also see your CPU has 11 Celsius :) ,unless you are using the PC in a frigorific chamber i doubt it s real.
If the system has no BSOD-s in full stress you should not worry about the readings.
Usually the BIOS shows more accurate info regarding this readings.
You could also touch the chipset heatsink and see if it really burns.

I'm not sure that this is the chipset temperature, just guess. how can I check? the bios says that the system temperature of 32, what does this mean? and I noticed that my picture on the monitor from time to time you blink, but fell to sleep orange light on the monitor, but remains green ..
