I recently purchased a processor/Motherboard combo from Micro Center. I am now starting to build and I noticed that the I/O plate is missing.
It is GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 board. I looked on the gigabyte site and none of the plates on the accessory page matched the cutouts on the this board. Is it possible to get one mailed to me or should I return it to MicroCenter to see what they will do?
Thanks
I just noticed I posted to a UK forum is there a gigabyte forum for the US?

Hi there,
if you contact Gigabyte on your side of the pond they will probably be able to send you the I/O plate.
There isn't a Gigabyte Forum in the USA but you can get official help and support for Gigabyte products from TweakTown here: http://forums.tweaktown.com/

Hi
As a first port of call I would contact the retailer and see if they can help you out. You can still do as absic suggested afterwards. There is GGTS also for help here:
GGTS

or
http://ggts.gigabyte.com/
Please expect several days for a reply.

Hiya,
First post here. I'm in the same boat too, based in the UK.
I need a backplate for my GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 board, as I bought it off ebay as there wasn't one in the box.
Any chance of getting one?
Many Thanks
Cheers

Hi
You will need to get hold of your seller and tell them it was missing. It is their responsibility to make sure that everything is complete.

Hi Cozmic023
As you are based in UK you can contact with our RMA dept (returns@gbt-tech.co.uk) as we stock some qty of accessories like these
