Title: GA EX58-UD5 (v1.0) SATA III PCIe card?

Looking to add SATA III to this SATA II only MB. What slot should the card be placed in and what if any BIOS adjustments need to be made to get it to perform at SATA III speeds? Card recommendations?

Using F13 BIOS
Overclocked to 3.78
24GB Memory running at 1440
GT 9800 GPU
