Title: PCI parity error

P35 DS3R rev 1.0 board
I am getting "Pci Parity error" on the bios screen & the pc won't boot.

I've reset the bios, reseated the memory & gfx card but no change.
I've not overclocked the cpu (Q6600), it always run at standard speed.

Does this sound like a dead motherboard?
